Order online or call the store before 12pm for same day delivery. If you require an urgent delivery, please contact me directly before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.

Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed, all deliveries will be made between 2pm-6pm. Please allow extra time for suburbs more than 30 minutes away from our location. These times may also vary on Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.

All deliveries will be left at the requested address even if no-one is home to receive. If the address is a unit block and there is no answer, we will contact the recipient for delivery purposes. Please let us know if the recipient is located at a workplace or office and make sure they will be there during our delivery times.

If you or the recipient receives your floral delivery and are not happy with our creation, please let us know. We will happily exchange it with another or send you a credit.
